TransForm, a environmental and social justice nonprofit, currently has three job openings. TransForm works to create world-class public transportation and walkable communities in the Bay Area and beyond. We build diverse coalitions, influence policy, and develop innovative programs to improve the lives of all people and protect the environment.

Chief Operating Officer: TransForm is creating a new position to provide leadership on organizational development and oversight on finance and administration. TransForm is expanding the executive team to complement the expertise of the Executive and Deputy Directors and to allow them to dedicate more time to policy initiatives and program development. This is a unique opportunity to play a leadership role in shaping the future development of a highly respected, nationally recognized organization. Land Use Program Director: TransForm is creating a new position to lead ongoing efforts, through the Great Communities Collaborative, to ensure that communities across the Bay Area have the tools, training and assistance they need to participate effectively in planning vibrant, sustainable and equitable communities. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in land use planning, advocacy, program management, and personnel management.

Development and Outreach Manager: TransForm seeks an enthusiastic, experienced development professional to oversee both individual donor cultivation and stewardship plus a range of great events. This position will have an exciting mix of responsibilities and the chance to take our fundraising to the next level.
