The Treasure Island Sailing Center is currently hiring Level 1 and First Aid / CPR-certified sailing instructors for summer 2009 !

TISC is a community-based sailing center located in the heart of San Francisco Bay. We believe that sailing--like baseball, basketball, and soccer--should be available to everyone. We teach beginner, intermediate, and race level classes, however our goal is to introduce as many kids as possible to the sport ! Summer instruction takes place from June 11th to August 21st on JYs, Optis, FJs, J24s, and sailboards.

We're at the forefront of a movement that's growing the sport beyond the traditional yacht club model and into the community at large. We'd love for you to be a part of the TISC team this summer ! TISC offers competitive pay, access to a variety of boats, and an engaging / high-energy work environment.

We are looking for someone who is great with kids, high energy, responsible, and wants to have fun!
