implementation, and marketing; and also working on alternative energy, emerging
technologies,

We are seeking to fill an IT Project Manager position. Candidates should
possess a degree in
computer science, systems engineering, or similar technical major. Three to five
years of work
experience in designing, developing and enhancing web-based applications is
required;
experience with Python, SQL, HTML, Django, and Unix is desired. Strong
technical document
writing, communication skills, and client management skills are essential for
this position.
Energy-related professional experience and consulting experience are a positive,
but not required.

Energy Solutions expects employees to manage project tasks with minimal
oversight.
Responsibilities will include assisting Energy Solutions staff in working with
clients and
customers to define and create functional and technical specification documents
for custom web-
based applications. The core of this role will be to finalize the technical
design, implement (code)
the backend database, interface design and automation of business process
functions. During this
process you will be interacting regularly with customers, monitoring the
progress of projects,
communicating progress to management and clients, and bringing projects to a
conclusion. In
addition, the IT Project Manager position entails maintaining existing client
relationships and
cultivating new relationships.
